Course Overview:
Sometimes managers have to deal with employee performance or behavior that doesn’t meet expectations or that violates the organization’s policy. In these circumstances, it is critical to understand and follow the principles of corrective action. In addition, the outcome of the situation should be to change the employee’s behavior and to prevent the behavior from reoccurring in the future. This course offers the principles of employee discipline and allows the participants to develop practical skills in handling these tough situations.
