Course Overview:
This interactive, collaborative session is designed for organizational leaders who are insightful and enthusiastic about their future workplace. Through the use of current demographic data, participants develop a clear picture of what the organization of the future will be like. Issues including technological advances, workforce attitudes, and current social trends are addressed as we develop a picture of the workforce of the future. Participants will walk away with ideas for creating an action plan for their own organizations.
