The composition of the workforce is changing dramatically.  As the demographics of our population shift, so does the talent and skill of the available workforce.  In addition, our organizations are becoming more age-diverse as we see up to four distinct generations co-existing in the workplace.  The mix of Veterans, Baby Boomers, Generation Xers, and Gen Yers creates a challenging dynamic for managers and organizational leaders.
