Arizona-based trainers and facilitators, expressly for the State of Arizona and Arizona Purchasing Cooperative Members.
The Management Education Group Inc. is made up of six training professionals, led by Principal Consultant Margaret (Marnie) Green. All training provided under this proposal is presented by Marnie E Green or one of the five subcontractors listed. Our firm’s primary focus is the development of public sector leaders. The Management Education Group, Inc. has been providing training courses that develop leaders at all levels (pre-supervisors, supervisors, managers, and executives) for over ten years. In all, the training professionals who make up the Management Education Group, Inc. have over 100 years of combined training and facilitation experience. The Management Education Group, Inc. has the capacity to develop and deliver training services statewide.
The Management Education Group, through this Contract, offers over 25 employee and leadership development-related courses and services to the State and its Customers. A complete list of all courses and associated services offered is listed below under "Training Services." Also linked to the training services is a detailed description for each training program.

The Management Education Group, Inc. and its representatives have been delivering training services in the public sector in Arizona for over 100 years collectively. The Principal Consultant, Marnie Green has been working in public sector leadership development for 20 years, with experience working at the Federal, State, and Local levels. She has worked for the cities of Phoenix and Tempe and the State Compensation Fund as an internal consultant and as an external training provider for clients including the US Bureau of Land Management, various agencies of the State of Arizona, Maricopa County, and over 20 municipalities nationwide. Training provided under this Contract by the Management Education Group, Inc. employs adult learning principles and practices that are considered best-practice in the performance improvement industry. Our approach is interactive and directly applicable to the participant’s job.
