Course Overview:
This highly interactive workshop presents the most critical employment laws and principles that managers, supervisors, and human resource professionals must deal with on a daily basis. Through case studies and frank discussion, participants learn the intricacies of employment laws and how they relate to their daily role as organizational representatives. In addition to harassment and equal opportunity laws, issues including equal pay, family and medical leave, and disability accommodation are addressed.
